I don't read local news for some time now. All I do read in daily basis for hours is BUSINESS and ECONOMIC and FINANCIAL news ... global and regional. I wish to take a break ...

UMNO assembly is on ... Rafidah defeated, finally. They called her IRON-LADY. Or was it iron-board? Hmm ... can't be as she is not flat, too many bumps in fact.

I simply dislike Malaysian politicians(most of them) as they SUCK Rakyat's money. They speak as if they care for RAKYAT but they are very cunning, the greatest hypocrites and the best grammy-award actors/actresses. So, I do not wish to taint my posting here with all my swearing towards those stupid UMNO cow-dung heads there.

Eric Moo ... I simply enjoy his 'old' soul-searching songs. Fantastic singer and his songs suit my emotions the most! I do know and still remember how to sing most of his songs. I hv about 18 of his albums.

Therefore, I want to talk about the short one-hour marketing talk in our school recently about studying Bio-tech in Malaysia. I think it is a good eye-opener to our students and see prospect in Bio-tech as their career. I m not incline to "bio" but like the "tech" part. It is cool ... I mean, altering DNA to create new species?! DOG + CAT = CatDog? <--- it is a cartoon, if u dont know. How about the cloning of human? Or detemining the sex of babies?? I dislike the idea of human playing God, but these technologies are really .... COOL.

He shown slides of STD --- suddenly the students' interest increased!! Wow!! I m going to study bio-tech, man. Hehe ...

As I hv written before, I do still have a dream of continuing my studies. I wish to study marine-biology!! Yeah ... nothing to do with my Maths or the Financial stuff I m studying at the moment. I just need to get myself financially free ... fly to OZ(with my family, of coz) and enjoy my studies there!! Yeah ... what a dream!!

I met a marine-biologist last night and he was from England(London). He is currently attached to a few companies? I m not sure ... can't really catch his strong accent. Yucks! I hv to think twice of going to Liverpool to stay for a year(another of my dream!!). Haha.

Nothing much about my life at the moment to blog. Hmm ... my Sherlyn got 4 little teeth now. :-)

I went for a haircut just now ... it is kinda nice as I decided to PAUSE in my trading-blog!! It has been something I do for past ... 8 months without a stop?? I m taking a break!! Yippee!! Finally I am allowed to read SPORTS news, watching 'live' bowling on TV(Malaysian Open at Pyramid) ... also, went City-Mall for shopping!!

Ok, back to my main TOPIC today ... BEAUTY IQ. Seriously, while having my haircut, instead of my usual "investment" books I will read(any available minute!!), I read the magz there .. CLEO? An article about BEAUTY IQ ... and if I have to take the QUIZ, I think I will surely FAIL BADLY ... perhaps could be called stupid-moron? Haha.

In a scale of 10, here MIGHT be my scores:-

Hair : I dont bother to comb or VERY seldom(like once in 6 months?) apply any greese/oil on it? I feel it is NOT necessary to bother. Just cut it short, I said. I dont go to those hair-saloon. A simple ah-pek shop do good. Haha. BQ point = 0.

Scalp : Untidy hair and lack of actual care creates dandruff. I hv these problem on and off since young. Today I m still using anti-dandruff shampoo and a MUST to wash in daily basis. BQ = 0.

Face : With holes and scars all over due to pimples or balls during younger time, I don't see I will score any point here. Hmm ... besides, I dont use washing cream for men etc etc. Ok ok ... BQ = 0.

Eyes : Double eyelid ... the ONLY part that my wife will 'compliment' about and my daughter has that too. But, I always have a sleepy eyes!! Haha. No 'panda ring' seen, tho. BQ = 6. Yeah!! Also, I hv VERY good eye sight ... and never wear a spec before, ok?

Lips : Thick lips is sexy? I wont agree ... I prefer someone with a 'cute and small' lips like my son and daughter! Hehe ...and my wife's too. Julia Roberts? Yucky to me. But, since thick lips considered as sexy, can I claim 2 points here? hehe. BQ = 2

Teeth/Oral : Bad breath is not acceptable. Due to accident, I hv a bridge. Never fix it with STEEL to perfect its so-called much wanted. Havent see the dentist for almost 8 months now. A definite NO NO. BQ = 0.

Ear : Nothing special and no defect detected, anyway. So, it is an average shape with common texture! haha. Well, not so clean, tho. I suppose they go to beauty saloon to clean the wax, and not like an old-man trick --- korek with the cotton-stick? Hmm ... anyway, I should be able to score some common points here. BQ = 4.

Nose : Too large? Too flat? Well, we see the pointed-nose like some Hindustani actors/actresses as PERFECT? As always, I will NOT agree. BQ = 4

So, I have 16/80 ... hmm ... what is the rating again? Hmm ...

Well, doing this BQ quiz is definitely not my cuppa tea. But, hey ... it is FUN!! I hv not have FUN for looong time!! Hehe.

At least I didnt not talk about the usual boring IQ, EQ or FQ, right? Is BQ official now?

Morning ... as US markets jump up for past one week, I get excited and BUSY. Hehe ... well, on personal side nothing much except time to set trial exams paper again ... exams time is near for my 116 students who will be sitting for their A-level exams coming May/June. Exams is part of students' lives. I wish to live a day seeing EXAMS will not be the utter most importance in our education system but ... guess we will not be seeing such. In fact, our society are following our kiasu-neighbour Spore!! This is especially true for Chinese-community who do not want to lose-face to their friends/relatives ... and surrounding. "How many A your daughter got arr??" Hai ya, stupid girl got ONLY 8A1 and 3A2 la ... her cousin brother got 10A1 and 2A2, you know. I m so embarassed la". These will be conversation of those STUPID parents speaking about in wet-markets, churches/temples, or during a direct-selling convention!! Haha ... plain stupidity of our un-educated society. Anyway, I m not suppose to called my surrounding STUPID? Ok ok ... be milder ... err ... ignorant? No no .. better still, I M THE STUPID MORON. Sound better now. Phew!! Hehe ... Let the aunties continue to brag and boast ... and their poor kids feel the tremendous pressure without realising that they are actually "forced" to do what their parents want them to do --- to save their FACE-si la.

p/s : I was teaching a batch of students who just got their SPM results. 11+11+11+8+6 "A"s among 5 of them!! Excellent results, indeed.

Liverpool 4 Man United 1

9.40 pm : Man U 1 - Liverpool 2. A penalty a piece, with Torres scored from Vidic's error. Half time now ... Another 45 minutes to battle on Old Trdaford.

10.25 pm : Vidic sent-off. Liverpool scored from freekick. It is 3 - 1. They should hold on to the victory. Liverpool this season beat Chelsea too, but the dropped too many points drawing and recently lost to Boro.

10.40 pm : Dossena scored again in the last minute, Liverpool's 4th goal. Fantastic!!

It has been a fantastic European outing for both English giants : Liverpool trashed Real Madrid 4 - 0(aggregate 5 - 0) at Anfield and Man U beat Inter Milan 2 - 0 at Old Tradford.

SPM Results

SPM results out ... every year we will hear many jump up, full with joys of getting straight "A"s and many more feel sad not obtaining better results. It is a routine for a person like me who is in education line. Students come ... students go. I hv seen many straight "A"s students in my 19yrs of teaching, and also many more students who failed (and tried to hide from their teachers/lecturers). To me, I m never really excited about Exams results, realising that it is only being used as a PASSPORT to further our studies.

STUDIES? Degrees and Masters? Pursuing for PhD if you have nothing much to do(or accomplish) in your life? Sure ... you will be termed as EDUCATED. Call me Dr TEH, I m a PhD holder, you know. Do they really STUDY simply because of the love of EDUCATION? I mean ... say, I love Maths(I do till today, ok?) ... is it necessary to get a degree in Maths??! Answer : YES because the society SEES only degree-holder and above as educated!! Hey, don't be dumb ... many MATHS grads DO NOT teach Maths, and also those teaching Maths doesnt mean they are GOOD in whatever they are teaching, ok? Get REAL.

Anyway, for those permanent-head-damaged holders, SURELY they LOVE Maths, right? Haha ... I want to be cynical about the pure stupidity of my society ... but again, I m RESTRICTED in my OWN personal blog!! WHY? Simply because some 'busybody' reading my blog and get 'hurt' being branded as stupid? Err ... he/she is part of society and doing exactly what I m saying, and THOUGHT i m refering to him/her? See how naive and stupid our well-educated society could be? I wonder whether these Menteris/House Rep passed their SPM? Where do they graduate from again? Cow-dung heads leading our country and we have more people going into streets. How about using RAKYAT money for their own political agenda? That is our sorry state of Malaysia's governance. We should be worried to be lead by these leaders. We are at their mercy.

SPM ... when are they going to abolish SPM? They are currently arguing about English being used in Maths/Science. That is HOW LOW our politicians could go ... everything being used to THEIR political struggles/advantages. We, RAKYAT are sick of such instabilities. When are they going to expose more of those nude-pictures of more politicians OR how about using a granite to blow some shit-off? Don't worry ... I don't hhave the freedom to write ...

Not to write about the TRUTH about my pathetic well-educated society, opine on SPM or sure ISA will be used against those speak TRUTH about our ever-clean politicians, right? Ask Menteri Sarawak how much he used to build the white palace beside the river, Sg Sarawak? Don't you dare to ask our Menteri Sabah about corruptions, ok? Sabah is clean from $$$-politics.


You don't need to go far searching for these people .. go to Parliment!! We will have those Datuk/Datuk Seri shouting HYPOCRITEly about they are protecting RAKYAT's interests. Haha. Full of bull-shits. Period.

Oppss ...i hv side-tracked. Since I can't speak about my thoughts about school and education(SPM here) and since I can't speak about politic in Malaysia, what else should I write about besides SONGS?

Blood Donation

Well, we have our yearly Blood Donation campaign on today and tomorrow. So, if u forgot to bring your blood today, you may bring it tmr and donate, ya.

As usual, I donated ... that explains WHY I m so thin, ok? I donated twice or thrice a year, u know. It is slightly better for me as they have it from 2pm to 8pm. So, I could go around 6.30pm where there are less crowd(almost none?).

I spoken to two Indian girls who 'attended' to me ... trying to make donors feeling calm and safe? Haha ... they are doing a good job, indeed. hehe ... You see, there are NOT many Indians in Sabah ... so, it is surprising if you could find TWO speaking to u!! They mentioned the loss of Indian culture in their community and how they feel about it. These days 'educated' Indians seldom speak Tamil(or other dialects) with their kids. So, maany youngsters could not speak their mother-tongue!! Ask a Kadazan kid who is studying in our school to speak his/her mother-tongue, chance is that he/she can't utter much.

Anyway ... nice to see blood flowing out!! Gushhh ... haha. We are given a nice 'pax-gift' as appreciation. Not bad.

I have helped in so many NGOs in their campaign(blood donation is one of them) ... and seeing our students helping out till 8pm, that reminds me of my 'younger' times. :-)

Morning ... special morning to Regina(take care there, gal) and Didi(where is my coffee-bean), my loyal audience who responded, making me NOT feeling lonely here!! LOL.

Ok ... I m too busy with my Trading Blog as markets moving down la. But, my mood not down except for tonnes of papers to mark with exams nearing.

Yes, this morning song is one of my fav ... it is so beautifully written but it is no so popular? I hv played this particular song hundreds of time, tho I hv his whole album. Haha. I remembered I placed this youtube at IS forum before. Hehe ... what life will be without songs and music, I wondered.

On Friday night, I attended(reluctantly, of coz ... I dislike so called socialising) Rotary's International Night. As I was sitting with my Rotaract president and her vice, they were asking if I attended any concerts before!! Err ... of coz! Haha. Then, I mentioned I like groups/bands ... like Linkin Park, Coldplay, Breaking Benjamin ... etc etc ... they won't believe!! Haha. And if I say I do listen to many chinese singers/songs, I think many won't believe too as I m a 'banana'? Haha ... Songs .. yes, you can talk for ours with me about that. It is one of closest to my heart ...

I think I could name 100 bands(mostly males) easily which in my playlist. I remembered during Leadership Camp in 2008, I played "Stop&Stare" but Malaysians started to listen to "Apologise"? I no longer 'chase' the songs ... as currently my main topics are FINANCES and INVESTMENTS. Once I m better off financially, I will get myself into the bands in KL!! I want to play the drums, again. Hehe. To make dreams come through, we need to plan ... and know our direction. I m NOT going to wake-up my surrounding again.

Yes, I will enjoy very much going back to NGOs in KL ... doing something close to my heart, without worrying about MONEY. I will still teach Maths for pleasure, for free to kids who need it. That is what I m going to do ... before I leave Malaysia, for good. I m so excited. But, at the moment I will continue to enjoy my 'struggle' with my teaching and wealth accumulation.
